Since I am horrible at posting...

Okay since I can't seem to get my arse in gear when it comes to this blog...

Friday started with breakfast:
1 scrambled egg
1 biscuit w sausage gravy

For lunch my sister brought McDonalds Coke and fries - we shared the fries.

Dinner:
grilled chicken and 1 cup of white rice with about a splash of soy sauce - I don't have measuring spoons so I'm not sure how much.

Snack: a handful of Tostitos and salsa

This morning I have started off with
1/2 banana.
1 8oz glass of Coke (it's my coffee!)

and now I am sipping on my water bottle

Tonight's dinner will be yummy and not entirely bad for you!
