so I've been looking at a lot of swimsuit because of end of supper sales, and with the wedding in Hawaii coming up next year. I found some super cute ones!

Wednesday for Meeeee

Ok Ladies - yesterday I was SUPER busy running around getting last minute things before the movers came TODAY - and I just have not had time to log calories.

Let's see. Yesterday for breakfast we went to IHOP - I had chicken fried chicken (dinner for breakfast - dfast? breaner?) and it was delicious. I didn't eat again until dinner, and that was incredibly yummy Parmesan shrimp and rice pilaf. Om nom nom.

Today I had a bowl of Coco Pebbles (yeah I know), In n Out for lunch - my standard double double - and for dinner we had Chinese - sesame chicken with steamed rice.

and Yay! I have all my stuffs!! I just have to unpack everything, and isn't it a great way to burn calories? Hahaha.

As usual I get lazy about logging calories

I can usually only do it for like a week and then I just... don't. Ha!

I still keep a mental track though and I did my usual today. I also got my butt back on the treadmill and ran a mile at 5.5 speed (so an 11 min mile).

Tomorrow should be a weights/calisthenics day so do something like this:

30 Day Shred Level 1

I also have the P90x videos on my computer so we can give some of those a shot later. :)

How did this happen, I got le fat

I never want to cheat again. So I got on a treadmill and ran for an hour yesterday.. but I'm so out of shape I got just over 5k. I know I'm being a little crazy but after being so strict it seems just mean of the universe to grant me 10lb

Before and After Motivation!!!!

Since I am horrible at posting...

Okay since I can't seem to get my arse in gear when it comes to this blog...

Friday started with breakfast:
1 scrambled egg
1 biscuit w sausage gravy

For lunch my sister brought McDonalds Coke and fries - we shared the fries.

Dinner:
grilled chicken and 1 cup of white rice with about a splash of soy sauce - I don't have measuring spoons so I'm not sure how much.

Snack: a handful of Tostitos and salsa

This morning I have started off with
1/2 banana.
1 8oz glass of Coke (it's my coffee!)

and now I am sipping on my water bottle

Tonight's dinner will be yummy and not entirely bad for you!

Karen's Food log for Thursday September 6, 2012

Had a rough morning since Kael woke us up many times last night, so got Starbucks. Love those light versions though. Catering at work was Quiznos so not too bad there, but the cake certainly was! So yummy though. :3

Still way to many carbs. Man do I love carbs.

What Kenya Did to Her Self today :/

Well Fram and I got into a fight today and even though we resolved it it kinda put a damper on what I ate. I kinda just snaked on edamame all day and managed to cram a cheese burger down though. Blarg, I feel kinda down.




And something funny becuase I could use something funny....

Today was a bad day for me!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of diced peaches (in light syrup)
Late lunch of In N Out burger, fries and a coke. I had about half a chocolate shake (I thought it would be good for my throat - In N Out shakes are really thick.)
I drank one bottle of water today.

Tomorrow will be better!
